- U.S. and Permanent Resident students can borrow up to the published cost of education, less any financial aid received. No cosigner required.
- Students apply after July 1 and can request up to full tuition. Students must have proper visa documentation and a US address before submitting an application.
- Allows an international student with a credit worthy U.S. or Permanent Resident cosigner to borrow up to the published cost of education, less any financial aid received.
